Yes those are fake nails on her toes! The neighbor Jordan came over and shared her fake nails with Julie and the girls put them on their toes!! Jordan also had her hair died so we went to the store and bought Julie some Crayola hair crayons, they are great! You just streak them through your hair and you have yellow, blue, green, and pink streaks!!
